ABOUT SAMUELE GOTTOFREDI

Born a psychologist, I am growing passionate about organized groups\' capacity to shape a better future. I strive to improve processes and define strategies to help develop businesses, always with a focus on people. I am inspired by working with passionate individuals committed to making a positive social impact. Building solid relationships is essential to creating a better society, not for a select few but for all. With a unique blend of business administration and psychology competencies, I am eager to apply my academic and professional experiences to real-world challenges. My journey began with a deep interest in human behaviour, leading me to pursue a degree in psychology. This foundation and an MBA from PoliMi GSoM have equipped me with a human-centric approach to business and economics. My professional experience at Deep Blue s.r.l, an SME Consultancy company, further honed my skills. As a Work-Package Leader in European-funded projects, I managed relationships with diverse stakeholders, including Airbus, Schiphol Airport, AirFrance, the European Commission, and leading European Aerospace Centres. This role challenged me to innovate and adapt to different cultures and values I carry forward in my career. Now, I am seeking an opportunity to join a company that values multiculturalism, gender balance, and innovation. I am drawn by the company\'s commitment to learning and growth, and I am excited to connect with a team of talented individuals who collaborate and support each other. With my unique blend of skills and experiences, I can contribute to shaping a better world for future generations. I pursue the same purpose through my work in Visionary, an Italian NGO for which I have been managing four teams, helping them to produce a social impact on their respective cities.
