ABOUT SAMUELE EBANO
I’m a 23-year-old MSc student in Space and Astronautical Engineering at Sapienza University of Rome. I completed my Bachelor\'s degree with a thesis focused on the preliminary design of an optimized lunar satellite constellation. Alongside my academic path, I’m currently completing a six-month industrial internship at Thales Alenia Space – Italy, where I work within the Mission Operations division, in close collaboration with the Mission Analysis team. Over the past two years, I’ve been actively involved in SASA – Sapienza Aerospace Student Association, starting as Head of Management of the Sapienza Rocket Team, and later serving for one year as General Director and Vice-President of the association. I’m also committed to the fields of defense, situational awareness, and autonomous navigation of atmospheric and space vehicles. In 2025, I co-founded Raysilience, a project that has gained recognition in several national and international competitions such as the CASSINI Hackathon, EUDIS Defence Innovation Challenge, and T-Tec by Telespazio. The project is currently in its early development stage within a Proof of Concept (PoC) promoted by Leonardo S.p.A.
