I am in charge of web project management for the Olympic Games such as \"Le Club\" and \"Équipe de France\" Responsibilities - Day to day management of the different projects - Preparation/animation of all Agile ceremonies and Operational Committees - Follow-up and calculation of Agile KPIs - Follow-up of the planning - Follow-up of the teams\' consumption and calculation of the teams\' capacity - Prioritization of team activities within Sprints - Facilitation of workshops and brainstorming - Monitoring and quality control of customer delivery - Identification of dependencies and risks, escalation of alerts - Planning and management of internal and external team resources- Writing validation plans - Close relationship with clients (weekly meetings) in France and abroad - Recruitment of profiles to strengthen the teams
