Provide security analysis through detailed reviews of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), Security Classification Guides (SCGs), Transportation Plans (TPs), and other official correspondence, policies, memorandums, and presentations as needed -Review Program Access Requests (PARs) through JADE and DISS information systems to mitigate security threats as a SAP PERSEC Officer (SPO)-COMSEC and media custodian responsible for logging and maintaining accountability of all media, writable and closed, in SAP spaces -Data Transfer Agent using Assured File Transfer systems to migrate classified and unclassified information to the desired storage area while avoiding spillage or malware infection -Attended meetings with key stakeholders up to the SES level to provide ad hoc security advise and requirements for testing and evaluation events, information, and locations-Conducted Random Antiterrorism Measures (RAM) in SAPF and SCIF spaces in accordance with DODM 5200 -Investigated security incidents as needed to determine the facts and findings, generated reports, and delivered reports to the government special security officer in the appropriate office of primary responsibility (OPR)-Update the JADE database with all incoming Program Indoctrination Agreements (PIA) and Debriefing Statements; as well as foreign travel, security violations, derogatory information, etc. Insure all PARs, PIAs, and Debriefs, are scanned into the JADE database-Perform personnel verification actions via the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)-Assist customers as to the status of PAR packages; i.e, checking the database as to status, and/or checking pending folders, reciprocity files, and individual personnel folders-Verify program access in support of multi-level briefings-Process Program Visit Certifications-Train personnel in use of JADE database.
