Delivered the new Enterprise CPS Propositions strategy in response to the pandemic and set up the business to have the right bundled solutions available in a rapidly changing market environment to meet dynamic customer demands.• Led the customer insights and research for the key growth area identified as the Mid-Market segment coordinating with sales and strategy to understand the challenges faced and then developed a Propositions plan to win the market.Achievements: • Launched at pace the CPS homeworking bundles after receiving executive approval and working cross-functionally across the business for a rapid build and deployment of a solution across multiple IT platforms combining collaboration, connectivity and physical kit to help workers be at their most productive with the large shift to working remotely. • Built the Mid-Market programme of work for FY22 underpinning the sizeable yearly financial target through prioritising commercial flexibility and innovative bundling along with quarterly product launches to meet expected revenue and EBIT goals.
