   Functioning as a manufacturing engineer in SLB’s Completions Houston Production Center ( CHPC), focused on the IV ( Isolation Valves ) and TRFC ( Tubing Retrievable Flow Control valves) product line. ROLES - Implement engineering specifications into processes and provides shopfloor with feedback to improve quality and yield- Responsible for conducting RCA (Root Cause Analysis ) investigation to identify solutions that eventually eliminate scrap, and lower production variance- Uses Data analysis Software to identify patterns existing btw KPIs (Key performance Indicators). Functions as a data analyst in the overall manufacturing process- Makes use of SAP GUI to support manufacturing process with real time data for problem solving and quality investigations- Collaborates with Quality team to implement QCP( Quality Control Plan ) for specific product lines-Utilizes MS-Excel and Oracle BI to perfrom costing analysis for Valve BOMs ( Bill of Materials), project and visualize data accurately- Employs CI tools like 6sigma and lean to improve and control manufacturing processes in machining.
