As a member of the Degree Apprenticeship management team at QA, I spearhead initiatives to strengthen collaboration between the academic team, skills coaches, and account managers to ensure apprentices enjoy complete and high-quality learning experiences. Whilst working strategically on various projects (such as staffing and resourcing, programme revalidation and AI policy development), I directly manage both the Digital Marketing and Digital User Experience Degree Apprenticeship programmes, liaising closely with our university partners (Solent and Northumbria) so that both programmes are well-resourced. In this capacity, I regularly meet with employers to ensure that all stakeholders partner effectively to deliver a holistic learning experience.Through this collaboration, coupled with regular CPD opportunities that are offered to develop teaching staff, the programmes that I manage within QA’s degree apprenticeship portfolio regularly achieve learner satisfaction ratings in excess of 95% on learner “Pulse” surveys, with assessment pass rates consistently over 90%.
