Hello! My name is Samuel Martin, and I am aa technical support specialist for Weave. I have over five years of experience in customer service, and I specialize in using technology to establish standard operating procedures that increase efficiency. As a warranty representative with a home builder, a homeowner commented when they finally met me: “Oh, you’re the guy that, when they took over, things finally started getting done.” I am currently working my way through The Odin Project to learn software development toward the end of someday working as a software engineer.
