Creating new technologies to allow people to experience scent in a digital landscape. As a co-founder of OVR Technology, my work spans the inception, strategic planning, vision development, and business model creation and responsibilities including financials planning and analysis, bookkeeping, operations/procedures/logistics, HR, legal (general/patent), capital raises, capital management, investor relations, KPIs and goal setting. • Established accounting and bookkeeping systems, including chart of accounts (COA) and project reporting • Successfully launched and released OVR\'s scent technology product to the B2B market • Raised capital in equity, convertible, and SAFE funding for product development, sales and market growth, and business operations and expansion • Hired and developed high level employees across departments to meet growth needs and goals • Designed and established systems, standards, procedures • Led company IP filings of multiple patents and patent families leading to the grant of 5 patents and the continued process of multiple patent families
