In my most recent position as the Customer Account Manager my job is the acquisition and maintenance of our customers by using direct contact methods with our customers via phone interviews or field visits. I have to ensure service is maintained at the utmost of quality levels. I accurately report financial measures and transactions daily to my general manager and regional director. During my 10 - 12 hours work day, I develop risk management and mitigation strategies, by analyzing staffing requirements, develop iteration plans, and assess opportunities for future growth. When the need arrives, I conduct interviews, screenings, and recruit job applicants. I coach and train my immediate staff members to success. My other duties are to assist the general manager with formulating planned growth and profit goals, which entails budgeted revenues, cost of sales (COS), labor, supplies and operating cash flow (OCF).
