Since joining Risk.net in 2015, I\'ve been uncovering developments in regulations affecting financial companies, including banks, asset managers, and market infrastructure providers. I\'m known for not only writing in-depth articles exploring the nuances of complex and consequential topics, but also regularly breaking exclusive news.At first joining Risk.net as part of their graduate intake, I\'ve now risen to the rank of Deputy Editor for the regulation team. During my ascent, I was awarded the media group\'s Journalist of the Year in 2018 for \"outstanding performance\" and \"important coverage\" of the introduction of the EU\'s landmark markets rules.My current role still involves writing a lot of my own articles, but also editing other journalists\' work and moderating panel discussions.I graduated in June 2015 with a first class bachelors degree in History, which was awarded by the University of Hull.
