As part of the Strategic Change and Transformation Leadership Team, I lead and work on some of the biggest transformations at Flutter. This includes the opening of our Global Capability Centre in Hyderabad, India; a group-wide organisational restructure and the development of a global Payments strategy.These programmes are a key part of the Flutter Edge - leveraging our global scale to benefit our local hero brands, so that they can deliver best-in-class experiences for our customers and our people.These transformations therefore require a strategic global mindset, but an appreciation of local culture, ways of working and regulation. Through this, I lead initiatives that deliver for both Flutter, and our regional brands.I work with, and lead, virtual teams from around the globe, engaging C-Suite stakeholders and integrating with local roadmaps to ensure transformation is delivered in a people-centric and commercially-focused way.
