   The principal responsibilities of the Account Executive will be to assist the Account Team with experiential marketing campaigns for agency’s client, specifically supporting sponsorship activations for multiple programs with an emphasis in sports marketing and lifestyle. This is a support role with a variety of administrative and program-based responsibilities- Work closely with account team lead on each program to support the development and execution of all aspects of the assigned programs and initiatives- Support ideation of creative event solutions to meet client objectives -Serve as the liaison between various internal departments including account, production and creativeCoordinate pre-production aspects including but not limited to: vendor research and oversight, premium and merchandise procurement and the drafting of event communications- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously while working as both part of a team as well as independently- Daily account responsibilities include client communications, meeting planning, client recaps and call notes- Monthly account responsibilities include various calendar and competitive research documents prepared for client briefings- Willingness to take ownership of select small programs as well as act in a support role on larger initiatives- Support program reconciliation process including vendor onboarding, invoice processing and budget tracking- Additional ad hoc administrative tasks related to the finance and administration of our programs and events- Provide on-site management for events including travel to events – estimated 20% of role will include event travel- Continually stay aware of emerging trends, specifically the automotive and sports industries
