ABOUT SAMUEL ROHDE
I am going on three years of working for the USMC as a Data System Administrator in a helpdesk environment assisting users with basic troubleshooting issues (i.e. O365 applications, Active Directory Access, Printers, and both Mobile and Desk phones issues) around VIP level personnel. This has helped me learn how to properly communicate both in person as well by phone and email in a proper manner and to assist users with a sense of urgency. I come back to the Jackson County area of Indiana around April of 2022 to finalize my documentation to separate. I am looking to start off in a small position to get myself back into the civilian lifestyle and to learn the ropes before I try to reach higher.
