   Fiscal responsibility for defining strategy and prioritizing spend of annual capital budget to refurbish and replace aged or poor condition, injection molding assets- Strategically implemented project evaluation and prioritization with key business partners and leveraged to each respective operating unit within Medtronic for project portfolio alignment. Developed forecasting system for project planning focusing on capital, resources and business needs- Currently defining pan-Medtronic strategy for CT scanning technology implementation in product metrology, qualification and sustaining operations, with integrative effort for predictive modeling. Piloting CT scan-CT scan overlay to decrease old-new tooling qualification requirements- Built and Leading international team (12 +FTE) to remediate internal specification documents using CT scanning technology. Fiscal year to date remediation of more than 600 injection molded component projects. Launched 170 new capital tooling projects for components through quote package development, supplier selection and award- Defined and executed “Launch” strategy for project identification, prioritization and execution. Led creation of process for remediation of internal specifications, and component design for manufacturability (cDFM) cycle to ensure up-to-date information included in Request for quotation (RFQ) packages. Built strong relationships with internal customers to establish a robust process for design collaboration. Realized cycle time improvements of more than 50% for key operations.
