Help our clients address urgent and critical business initiatives and lead/participated in multiple categories (MRO, Logistics, Capex etc) projects by providing strong sourcing support. Expediting supplier POs to minimize delivery delays. Prepare SIFOT Report (Supply in Full on time report) which measures supplier performance on monthly basis on delivery of materials. Prepare Open POs Report weekly to expedite the PO lines overdue/due for delivery. Doing Market Intelligence activities to find latest market trends, pricing trends, identify new Suppliers for the Category under scope. Hands-on experience in Category Management for clients across industries including Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy & Automobiles Handled Projects for multiple clients with the addressable spend ranging from $10Million upto $500Million with the identified/realized savings ranging from 5% up to 40%.Responsible to analyse client’s historical data to identify Savings opportunity based on data categorization to create “Opportunity Assessment Report”. The OAR is a detailed report on client current spending across categories, suppliers, identified savings levers like Volume consolidation possibilities, Price fluctuations across suppliers/ locations/ manufacturers, Product standardization possibilities etc. Responsible for the execution of sourcing event as per established sourcing methodology & practices as well as managing RFQs and negotiating purchases and contracts across multiple geography, on behalf of Accenture clients. Communicate frequently and professionally with key customer stakeholders and facilitate and lead project and program status meetings.
