As Multimodal Planning Supervisor with Denver Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI\'s), my professional goal is to create safer and more equitable transportation options in Denver.I currently supervise a team of six multimodal planning professionals. Prior, I led DOTI\'s Strategic Transportation Plan, Denver Moves Everyone 2050. Denver Moves Everyone will improve all the ways people in Denver travel - whether rolling, walking, bicycling, taking transit or driving - and all the ways Denver manages traffic and freight. The project will result in a prioritized, fiscally constrained investment program, as well as unconstrained project, program and policy recommendations to enable Denver to achieve the Plan\'s vision in the long term.Prior to leading Denver Moves Everyone, I was a key member of the Denver\'s Multimodal Planning Team, managing projects and programs that expanded transportation options. Previously, I led the Denver office of Alta Planning + Design, one of the nation\'s leading bicycle and pedestrian consulting firms. My proficiencies include staff supervision, management of large, complex projects, scope/schedule creation and maintenance, public speaking, writing, policy development, graphics, data management and visualization, mapping, and public outreach/communication. Technical Skills: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Web Design, Survey and Online Input Map Creation
