In this role, I am part of the Employability Division in the UK branch of Maximus. Working on the Restart Contract, my core focus is to support long-term unemployed participants with any of their health and wellbeing concerns, through health coaching. I have consistently and comfortably exceeded performance targets since month 1. Rated at the highest level, leading performer, in performance reviews.Outside of the core parts of the role I have also:Developed multiple health and wellbeing sessions and trained operational staff in how to deliver these sessions effectively.Successfully interviewed and recruited to expand our team. Assisted in training and mentoring wider team members. Called upon to deliver regional updates through several mediums of communication. Called upon to deliver best practice information sharing, on a national scale, with the wider division. Developed service offer through product development and project management.Redesigned team KPIs to enhance service delivery. Developed business cases for service development. Engaged with external stakeholders such as DWP and private partners.Collaborated with external partners to improve internal delivery and onward referrals. Engaged in team events to raise money for charity.
