As a Technology Business Management and Insight professional at BMO, I analyze IT cost data, including application, infrastructure expenses, labour costs, and operations, to identify cost optimization opportunities and drive operational efficiency. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop IT budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets. I also interpret data analysis results using statistical techniques, devise new ways of applying techniques for insights, analytics, and data visualization.I have over 6 years of work experience in inance, payment, Fintect and the products industry. I have built data-driven business reporting dashboards that visually represent the performance of commercial banks\' point of sale (POS) terminals, supported business partners in breaking down strategic problems and providing recommendations, and led special projects and investigations. I have a strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and have created and documented full SDLC lifecycle on multiple customized application solutions.I hold a Master\'s degree in Business Administration from Covenant University, where I published a journal article on service culture in higher education management. I have a keen interest in data science and have obtained several certifications from IBM and Coursera. I am proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, SPSS, Tableau, and Google spreadsheets. I am also skilled in data cleaning, data quality/validation, data modelling, business analysis, and Excel power user functions.My ultimate aim is to provide useful insights with data and gain international experience.
