As the Operational Director at M&B Road Markings, I lead the planning and execution of projects across the UK, ensuring every job is delivered safely, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard. Based in Southampton, I oversee operations across a wide range of environments from major highways and local roads to car parks, commercial developments, and public infrastructure.My role covers end-to-end project management, including workforce coordination, scheduling, logistics, and site supervision. I ensure that all materials, equipment, and personnel are where they need to be on time and fully prepared. I also act as the main point of contact for clients and site teams, keeping communication clear and expectations aligned throughout each project.Safety is non-negotiable. I take full responsibility for compliance, making sure all health and safety protocols such as RAMS and PPE requirements are followed, and that all work is carried out to current legislation and industry standards.
