I help employers build smarter employee benefit programs that protect their teams while strengthening retention and financial security.As an Agency Development Manager with Salazar Insurance Group and a Public Sector Account Manager with Colonial Life, I work with businesses and organizations across South Texas to design voluntary benefit programs that provide real protection for employees and their families.My approach is simple: education first. Before entering the insurance industry, I was a high school English teacher. That experience shaped how I work with clients today. I believe employers and employees deserve to fully understand their benefits so they can make confident decisions about their financial protection.Today I partner with employers to implement benefit programs that help employees prepare for life’s unexpected moments, including accidents, illness, and loss of income. These programs give employees access to valuable protection while allowing employers to enhance their benefits offering without increasing overhead.As a father of five boys and one beautiful baby girl, I understand firsthand the importance of protecting a family’s future.
