Working with housing professionals and partners across the country in promoting CIH membership and associated packages, helping to deliver and develop CIH services and promote housing as a career of choice.I play a key role in delivering upon the corporate plan objectives (including commercial targets) which span education, events, policy and practice. Playing a leading role in driving membership retention and growth, helping to deliver on CIH corporate objectives. Developing strong relationships with housing organisations and partners to ensure that CIH products and services are well known and meet sector needs. Working with relevant member groups and networks to identify opportunities to develop anddeliver our member services (including regional events/webinars and other activities). Being the key point of contact between CIH and its members, sharing relevant information and feedback as appropriate. Working with other CIH departments to grow our offer, constantly driving high standards ofcustomer service.
