What I love most about the work is being the glue to connect people, processes, and ideas so teams can deliver their best- Superpower? People skills! I communicate clearly, listen closely, and create the trust that keeps projects moving forward. Whether it’s guiding a cross-functional team through shifting client priorities or navigating tight deadlines, I focus on creating clarity and trust so the work can shine. Over the years, I’ve partnered with global teams across cultures and time zones, learning how to balance big-picture goals with the day-to-day details that keep projects moving forward. My people-first approach has helped me build partnerships that last and deliver meaningful results- Beyond advertising, I sit at an intersection of passions: the arts (I started in theatre and film), soccer, people, and international relations. My academic interests include global diplomacy, non-profits, media communication, and international development—because I’ve always been curious about how ideas and stories move across cultures and shape change- The future? Still a mystery. Maybe stay in advertising, back to the arts, or into global relations. But wherever I am, I’ll continue to bring structure, humanity, and growth to the work and to the people I work with.
