Worked on the Service Bureau India process, new business process introduced for JCI India MVP which concentrates on producing RFID labels.• Worked on the requirement for Bank Integration through Trax for AP payments in place of Host to Host.• Been a part of PMO team as Testing Manager who provides leadership team with the defects and enhancement updates. Also supports team and their requirements for the project.• Worked on NL Hypercare project for JCI Netherlands, handling the incidents and resolving on given time with minimal SLA• Involved in 3 end-to-end implementation projects for MVP and ShopperTrak for Financial modules. And managing the team in their work and supporting on their access related issues.• Part of the roll out Project for the Johnson Controls Hitachi ( Subsidiary of Johnson Controls ).• Supporting UAT testing team and support the client through full testing lifecycles and Go-Live in seeing the transactions are Validated in Oracle after it gets processed from multiple applications.• Was supporting the Finance modules for JCH as part of the project. It included other applications like SAP, Mulesoft, EDI etc. which process the transactions and finally the invoicing comes to Oracle application.• Connecting with business users in case of any issues and resolving them.• Communicating with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs and acquire the fix by providing detailed steps.
