As the Corporate Controller at Tectonic Therapeutic, Inc, a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the discovery and development of therapeutic proteins and antibodies that modulate the activity of GPCRs, I direct and coordinate all aspects of the corporate accounting function, including general ledger, technical accounting, payroll, equity administration, treasury, SOX compliance, SEC reporting, corporate tax and internal policies. I oversee the internal and external audits, lead the monthly and quarterly close processes, and support the budgeting and forecasting activities. With over 14 years of work experience in accounting, auditing, and internal controls, I have a strong track record of delivering high-quality financial information, improving operational efficiency, and implementing best practices. I am passionate about my work product, and committed to contributing to my Company\'s growth and success.I am a Certified Public Accountant with a master\'s degree in accounting and a bachelor\'s degree in business administration.
