As a Development Engineer at Murata Power Solution Ltd since November 2021, my expertise in Electronics and Power Electronics is crucial. Involve with component obsolescence alternative including finding new potential, leading appropriate testings to meet legacy product specification. My experience is also into using appropriate data analysis, following strategic sourcing, and purchase planning to ensure continuation in production. Sustainability is my priority. With a blend of project engineering and project delivery skills, I integrate a sustaining strategy to meet KPI targets, emphasising comprehensive project planning and execution strategy.To ensure seamless project progression, I host weekly international meetings, demonstrating my organisational and presentation skills. I facilitate effective communication across multiple locations, highlighting the importance of meeting commitments.I offer hands-on technical support during testing and planning phases, managing tasks and delegating responsibilities to technicians and other engineers. This fosters a collaborative, productive work environment, aided by a Microsoft Access database I developed to track team progress, increasing transparency and identifying improvement areas.In sum, my Microsoft Excel proficiency supports data management and project tracking.
