The Leadership New York (LNY) program is a competitively-selected, rigorous 175+ hour experiential leadership development program for mid-career and early-executive professionals to develop the personal skills, civic knowledge and a multi-sector network to effectively lead change. Coro is NYC’s premier civic leadership training organization and a community of more than 2,500 alumni with a mission to develop NYC leaders so that all individuals, communities and institutions participate in creating an equitable, just and engaged society.o Co-lead and co-curate a day-long exploration of an issue related to infrastructure and the environment through research, interviews with key stakeholders, and experiential program design.
