I\'ll be assigned to concession or commissary kitchens all throughout the Las Vegas Sphere and be in charge of making sure all the equipment and the environment are cleaned and ready to be used for the Cooks. My tasks consists of temperature and sanitation logs, cleaning Walk-in Fridges, kitchenware, chinas, grills, flat-tops, carts, tilt skillets, Fryers, Hot Boxes, and Pizza Ovens. I also sanitize door handles, exterior of ovens and hotboxes, ice machines, Walk-in Fridges and mop the floors of each kitchen and pantry. Lastly I am quick to identify a problem and make a detailed report to maintenance and have correctly answered all questions thrown at me from Public and Behavioral Health inspectors so far.
