About Samuel Sam Kolb
Samuel S. Kolb is a graduate of James Madison University (JMU) with a B.S. in Public Administration. While at JMU, along with a team of seven other students, he conducted defense acquisition policy research in reference to Unmanned Aircraft Systems and AI technology for the United States Special Operations Military Command. In his final semester, he participated in an in-person internship with the Partnership for Public Service in Washington D.C. through the JMU Washington Semester program. Before that, through two roles in a local Chamber of Commerce, he gained extensive experience in nonprofit management. He is a Program Coordinator with the United States Chamber of Commerce, Institute for Organization Management (IOM). Samuel serves as IOM’s frontline customer service representative, among various other duties.
