Serving as a learning consultant for Patient Services, I create and recommend training solutions to better support the employees within their organization. I lead the execution of training plans through content facilitation (in person, hybrid, and virtual), content design, and continuous consulting with stakeholders. I own and manage training programs at every stage of the process. I handle oversight within our LMS to ensure compliance with assignment/completion of required learning content. I record voiceovers and author scripts for digital learning content. I additionally support employees in creating development plans for future career planning.
