I design and operate healthcare data systems that support real-world service delivery: from workforce scheduling and compliance to operational analytics and reporting.My background spans data science, software engineering, and health informatics. I’ve delivered machine learning solutions in engineering environments (ALTEN Ltd), supported frontline health systems in low-resource settings (CHAI), and most recently led the development of a workforce management and analytics platform for UK care providers.At BounceBack Healthcare Solutions, I built and scaled a multi-tenant workforce platform used by 90+ staff across 40+ locations. The system combines reliable data capture (timesheets, shift audits, availability), secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Terraform), and analytics tooling (PostgreSQL, Grafana, Elasticsearch) to support operational decision-making in regulated care environments.What differentiates my work is domain understanding.
