Skilful in ensuring that all Uk CDM regulations concerning safety and health are implemented in the execution of the project.* Participating in the weekly safety audits inspections and to ensure that all the unsafe acts / conditions reported are rectified.* Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs for the project.* Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.* Provide HSE training and awareness sessions to employees and contractors. Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.* Collaborate with project teams to promote a safety culture and ensure HSE requirements are integrated into project plans and activities.* Preparing Risk Assessments and monitor their implementation* Preparing and conducting tool box talks for the work force.* Responsible in issuing detailed weekly / monthly safety reports including all accidents /incidents hazards and near misses observed, manpower, man-hours worked and submit it to the concerned office.
