Primarily responsible for Training Learning and Development for Latin America. Working all aspects of Training Learning and Development from safety regulation compliance initiatives to soft and business skills training. The goal is to achieve employee development and growth while the same time meeting organizational and client needs in day to day business activities and enjoying it in the process. My current role is managing various processes from employee growth plans, resources, training metrics, and budgets. I oversee various countries in Latin America such as Bermuda, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Venezuela, as well as Canada in the Northern Western Hemisphere. My daily focus is to continuously improve and interact with local clients and leadership teams in each areas to deliver the needs of the organization and our clients while remaining strategically aligned with Mission, Vision, and Values of our corporate organization.
