I’m a People Insights and workforce transformation professional who cares deeply about one thing: making work better, for everyone.My background spans people analytics, HR, recruitment, and organisational development, which means I’ve seen first-hand how culture, data, and good leadership can completely change how people experience their jobs. I’m particularly interested in how insight, when used well, can improve decision-making, shift behaviours, and create workplaces where people can genuinely thrive.I’m also a big believer in people. I coach, mentor, and create spaces where others can learn, grow, and show up as themselves, because real culture change doesn’t happen through policies or dashboards alone; it happens through people, relationships, and everyday behaviours.
