For 25+ years I’ve delivered complex, schedule-driven, high-visibility developments from concept through TCO, brand turnover, and buyer closing — acting as the owner’s on-site voice in the field, at the table, and in front of the city. My background bridges design intent and constructability: I started in architecture and urban planning, then moved into construction management, where I’ve led procurement, contract/GMP negotiation, value engineering, city approvals, brand compliance, and closeout on hospitality, condo, institutional, and multifamily programs.Most recently, I’ve served as Senior Construction Manager for The Related Group, overseeing two Ritz-Carlton Residences towers in Tampa with a combined construction value exceeding $250M. I manage everything from early design coordination and permitting through FF & E, Fire Life Safety, inspections, turnover logistics, and final buyer experience.
