I am a fully qualified (ACMA, CGMA) commercial finance professional, with a specialism in business partnering & broad experience, having worked in several different areas of finance & industry. I have international experience, having lived and worked in a variety of positions across multiple European countries, and am the holder of a BSc (Hons) Economics degree from Lancaster University - a top 10 UK University.My current position is Senior Financial Analyst, at Kite Pharma - a Gilead company. I work in the ACE (Australia, Canada, Europe) Regional FP & A Finance Team, and focus on both Revenue & OPEX. I work extremely closely with a number of cross-functional teams, most notably, the Kite Commercial teams, both regionally & globally. Prior to this, I worked for Johnson & Johnson, where I graduated from the prestigious Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) and gained experience across 3 healthcare sectors (Consumer Health (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices). I held positions across multiple areas of finance, ranging from Treasury to Supply Chain Finance. I held many positions on leadership teams, most notably I founded the \"Generation Now\" Employee Resource Group in the UK, through which I developed a variety of skills and experiences - including project management, events management, people management and exceptional customer service.
