About Samuel Gee
My name is Samuel J. Gee, an architectural engineering student at Texas A&M University, pursuing dual specialties in mechanical systems and structural engineering. I am passionate about global infrastructure and creating living spaces that enhance the quality of life of the people who utilize the facilities and the surrounding communities. As an enclosure engineer intern at Walter P Moore in New York, NY, I applied my preexisting knowledge of structural engineering to the dynamic and highly complex world of façade engineering. This experience taught me that I can be confident in my design and equipped to approach unique projects requiring unconventional materials and diversified load paths. Additionally, I gained experience in construction management and operations as a summer intern at Rosendin Electric Inc in Austin, TX, where I handled multimillion-dollar projects and gained more insight on the AEC industry from the construction side, a discipline I was not as accustomed too. I have skills in structural engineering, enclosure engineering, mechanical systems engineering and construction management. I hope to utilize both my education and my natural talent to accomplish my vision: to change the world through engineering and design.
