As a Development Officer at Incommunities, I play a key role in driving new business and supporting our development ambitions. My work focuses on identifying and securing new land and housing opportunities, conducting detailed appraisals for potential projects, and collaborating with consultants and design teams to shape and deliver high-quality, mixed-tenure housing developments.I am deeply involved in the financial and strategic aspects of projects, ensuring budgets are managed effectively and appraisals provide robust, actionable insights. I take pride in my ability to oversee projects from conception to completion, balancing compliance, risk management, and design. My strong organisational and communication skills enable me to build relationships across teams, ensuring that all projects align with Incommunities’ objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.Proudly contributing to Incommunities’ mission to provide great homes in great neighbourhoods, I support the development of vibrant, sustainable communities across Yorkshire, managing over 22,600 homes and improving lives through innovative housing solutions.
