Creating PDMS based microfluidic devices to simulate neurovascular function and growth. Embedding live cells into these devices to best simulate the in-vivo blood brain barrier. Generating designs for devices to aid the embedding process with Fusion 360 CAD software. Manufacturing these devices with SLS printing or a CNC (using Fusions CAM software to generate toolpaths). Working with/producing hydrogels and elastomers to increase materials for future and current experiments.
