Member of initial senior management team involved in the start up of a new and unique commercial real estate finance and services platform. Actively involved in raising initial operating capital, implementation of policies and procedures, set up of new employee benefit plans, business insurance and all other aspects of starting up the platform in January of 2011. Responsibilities include underwriting potential CRE financing opportunities, developing new developer and investor relationships while maintaining existing ones, leading our team in both the front-end process of closing project financings and thru the back-end process of negotiating and closing sales of projects.
