   Building models to predict all cause mortality using Framingham Heart study data; integrating multi-omics and clinical features, training classifiers (e.g, logistic regression, XGBoost, random forest), and focusing on biomarker discovery and interpretability.• Developed a machine learning model to classify masked hypertension using data from the AFRICAN-Predict study, achieving 90% accuracy• Created an image segmentation machine learning model (U-Net and SAM2) for automated recognition and dimensional tracking of engineered heart tissue during mechanical studies. • Generated force-displacement calibration curves with 3D printed pistons and springs for determining engineered heart tissue twitch force during studies. • Wrote LabView programs to control the magnitude and duration of external bioreactor components.• Authored federal grants to fund future bioreactor and engineered heart tissue studies.
