Manage a team that focuses on Software Operation related tasks such automation testing, manual QA, dev ops, developing support tools and lab/equipment maintenance.Automation Testing• Develop a Python-based automation test framework for functional and non-functional tests such as performance, regression, stability, and smoke testing.• Integrate ATF usage with libraries and application interfaces, including Selenium, Bitbucket, Jira, and TestRail.• Expand the framework to support multi-platform, sensor, and product testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage for all product use cases.• Add ATF features to assist manual testing, such as identifying the build origin of bugs.Manual QA• Act as the liaison between QA, PM, and development teams, effectively communicating test results, issues, and risk assessments.• Lead efforts to prioritize testing, balancing thoroughness with time constraints and project deadlines.• Design and maintained an intuitive test repository structure to minimize search time, reduce test case duplication, and lower maintenance costs.• Establish practices for maintaining healthy test coverage through routine repository maintenance and cleanup.• Coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and clear communication within the team.Dev Op• Implement CI System and tooling that leverages Atlassian eco system products; Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Confluence.• Lead the scaling of the build system, including the implementation of long-term build storage solutions.• Develop support tools to improve developer workflows, such as CI system plugins providing helpful build links and project-specific information.• Create a build-time tracking system to monitor and optimize build efficiency.Lab/Equipment• Create a remote-access lab supporting auto power cycling/monitoring of devices for development and testing.• Implemented and maintain various lab equipment and benches that can be used for the team
