Dans mon rôle actuel, j’accompagne plusieurs équipes TI dans l’amélioration de leur performance et de leur capacité d’exécution, notamment dans des contextes multi-équipes.Concrètement, je travaille sur - Le suivi et l’utilisation de métriques (cycle time, qualité, prévisibilité) pour mieux piloter la performance→ avec des améliorations significatives observées sur certains périmètres- L’amélioration de la gestion des dépendances et de l’alignement entre équipes- Le support à l’exécution de programmes TI impliquant plusieurs équipes, en facilitant la coordination et en réduisant les frictions- L’accompagnement des équipes dans l’évolution de leurs pratiques (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)- L’intégration progressive de l’IA dans les processus de travail, de façon pragmatique- L’animation de communautés internes autour de l’agilité et de l’IACette expérience m’amène à intervenir autant sur les équipes que sur les enjeux plus larges de performance organisationnelle.

Lately, I’ve been spending a lot of time thinking about how IT organizations improve (or struggle to improve) their performance over time.There’s often significant investment and many initiatives in place, yet results don’t always follow — delays increase, visibility remains limited, and despite all the attention around AI, its practical use within teams is still unclear.Over time, I’ve come to see that these challenges rarely come from the teams themselves.They are more often linked to how the system is designed — dependencies, structure, information flow, and how performance is actually measured.In my role as a Scrum Master, I’ve gradually developed a broader interest in these topics.I’m particularly interested in- how performance is measured in a meaningful way (lead time, predictability, quality)- how AI can support teams in practical, simple ways- how teams and workflows are structured to reduce unnecessary frictionThese are areas I continue to explore and learn about in my day-to-day work.Based in Montreal — always open to exchanging ideas on these topics.
