Solicitor with a demonstrated history of working in the legal services industry. Acting on Corporate Finance & Private Equity transactions, along with general M&A work for some of the world\'s largest private equity firms, investment funds, pension funds and investment/asset managers. Providing legal advice on corporate transactions, commercial contracts relating to debt, equity and fund investments alongside general financial services and transactional matters. Assisting on bespoke commercial work for a top 20 accountancy firm acting as an external in-house counsel. In-depth knowledge of English contract law, including to draft and negotiate a range of agreements, including engagement terms, framework agreements, IT services contracts and MSAs. I have advised client stakeholders and in-house legal teams across sectors on matters including compliance, financial services, commercial law, corporate law, intellectual property, IR35 and related matters.
