Energy and climate data analyst with experience supporting public-sector decarbonization strategy, GHG emissions modeling, and climate policy analysis, backed by a Master’s in energy and climate policy. I bring a foundation in energy policy, stakeholder engagement, and data storytelling, along with 8+ years of federal consulting experience at Booz Allen Hamilton and ICF. My work has spanned industrial and building decarbonization, sustainability reporting, tool prototyping & development in Python, GIS, Excel and others, and client delivery for energy and climate initiatives. International experience includes project work in India, Timor-Leste, Saudi Arabia, and Argentina. I am passionate about advancing the clean energy transition and helping organizations move from goals to measurable impact.

   Building geospatial tools that provide strategic and operational views of statewide renewable projects above 1MW, including both privately financed and NYSERDA-sponsored projects within the NYISO interconnection process.•Designing Python workflows and leveraging large language models to automate bulk PDF extraction and data aggregation, supporting an AI-enabled local law tracker that evaluates NY municipality-level regulations to identify jurisdictions that facilitate solar and battery energy storage development and those requiring additional support.•Supporting Data Working Group efforts to build shared knowledge and strengthen technical skills across organization-wide technology capabilities.
