Created and led national cardiothoracic teaching which had attendees from medical schools across the United Kingdom. Taught different cardiac pathologies including aortic stenosis, mitral prolapse and regurgitation, coronary artery disease and aortopathy including dissection and aneurysm. Taught students about different surgical procedures including CABG, AVR and the Ross Procedure, Neochordae Implantation and Triangular + Quadrangular resection of the mitral valve, and aortic surgery including Bentall, Valve Sparring Root Replacements including comparison of the David vs Yacoub procedure. Covered also Tetralogy of Fallot and the history of the Blalock-Thomas-Tassuig shunt.
