A Senior Performance Coach at Beam where I support caseworkers to build confidence in providing amazing support to our members. I started my current journey by becoming a counsellor a few years ago, which laid the foundations for an interest and exploration in how we connect with one another and the wider impact quality of connection has on our lives. Currently training in a variety of practices including Circling, Non-Violent Communication and Trauma-Informed Practice.
