As Chief of Staff at Sports Business Ventures (SBV), I work closely with the CEO to drive strategic planning, execution, and day-to-day operations across the business. My role sits at the intersection of strategy, product and platform development, operations, sales, marketing, and client partnerships. I help translate vision into execution by aligning teams, setting priorities, and ensuring accountability across the organization.Sports Business Ventures (SBV) is a sports career platform and strategic advisory firm helping professionals and organizations navigate the business of sports. SBV operates across two core verticals. On the career side, we support individuals looking to break into or advance within the industry through executive search and talent placement, job board search optimization tools, career coaching, and community-driven programming. This includes workshops, education, and The Playbook, our network hub connecting emerging and established professionals.Our consulting and strategic advisory work partners with teams, leagues, athletic departments, and brands to address organizational challenges and drive long-term growth. We support clients with talent strategy, operational structure, and business development initiatives that strengthen performance and alignment.Prior to SBV, I advised executives and organizations at TrailRunner International on corporate communications, reputation management, executive positioning, crisis and issues management, and complex business situations including M&A and IPOs. I’ve also worked in commercial business development roles with Legends at AT & T Stadium and with Phoenix Raceway and NASCAR, gaining firsthand experience across sales, events, and large-scale sports operations.I hold a Master of Sports Law and Business from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where I serve on the program’s Alumni Board, and an MBA from Adams State University. I competed in track and field at Adams State, where I was a nationally ranked heptathlete and school record holder.
