ABOUT SAMUEL ASHKENAS-DEMARCO
I am a sophomore at Binghamton University, studying Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Aerospace Engineering and Design. Seeking an internship for the summer of 2026. Since the beginning of my freshman year I have been an active member of the AeroBing Rocketry Research Group and have worked on the modeling, creation, and testing of solid rockets that are aimed to be launched to pass the Karman line.In addition to this I have been involved with clean energy research through the first year research immersion program, modeling lithium sulfur batteries through computer simulation. I am also an Undergraduate Course Assistant for the Engineering Design Division at Binghamton, where I help teach first year students about engineering.
