   Maintaining and adhering to the day-to-day shipments in and out of the facility. Supervise warehousing operations in accordance with company and safety policies and procedures. Training, coaching, conducting production reviews (time study), and administering disciplinary action when needed. Incoming and outgoing shipments and product to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments. This includes preparation and requires data input for all daily inbound/outbound loads. Coordinate with the Inventory team for all incoming material ensuring that loads are shipped in the correct order and orientation. Contacting dedicated route drivers when driver schedules are not being kept according to dedicated schedule. Under the guidance of the Management Team, review and develop an understanding of the ISO 9001 certification processes. With the direction of management, ensures the requirements are met and supported by quality assurance procedures, work instructions and quality records. Use 5S Auditing process. Make payroll adjustments and approve timecards for employees. Conduct Daily Audits on employees and location of product to ensure accuracy and accountability.
